  • Important: Do not return any equipment without a Return Authorization number. Please call us or e-mail us so we can give you specific instructions.

Warranty: 

Warranty and Service 

Length of Warranty: One-year Warranty from date of purchase on new grinders.  Refurbished grinders have a six month warranty from date of purchase.

Replacement: If you live in the United States your grinder fails within one year, simple call 877-701-2021. Baratza will deliver an identical or comparable replacement to your door free of charge and arrange to have your “failed” grinder to be returned to us.

When you receive your replacement grinder, use the carton and packing material and shipping label to return your  “failed” grinder by dropping it off at any UPS pickup location. Please include your name, phone number and address inside the box.

If you live in Canada, contact Quality Coffee Service (QCS) at 604-291-6166 or e-mail at qcs@telus.net.  QCS will handle the warranty of your failed grinder.
